Exchanging/returning products

  1. Customers must return problem products within 7 days after receiving the product. The product exchange/return period starts from the moment the customer receives the status.
  2. “The product has been delivered to the customer's address” (including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) Customers are responsible for shipping costs, except in cases where the product exchange/return is a result of an error by the company.
  3. The company accepts product exchanges/returns. In the following cases:

3.1 Products with quality problems are products that customers receive that have different characteristics, tastes, smells, and colors from the original.

3.2 Defective, damaged products are products that customers receive. There are traces of being carved or torn.

3.3 Expired products

    4. The company does not accept exchanges/returns of products. In the following cases:

4.1 Damaged products due to packing returned products by customers.

4.2 The customer does not notify the request and sends the product back within 7 days after the date of receiving the product.

4.3 Products that are free gifts or products participating in special programs with conditions.
